The fact that this branch has a 2 star rating isn't enough to describe how God awful the customer service in this branch is. There's just no words. Stay away. These people have no respect and will not be accountable for their own mistakes. Instead, they will gaslight you and refuse to accept their mistakes.

This branch has a 2.6 for a reason. Stay away if you value your time and money. They make people wait more than 30 minutes for a simple deposit. And if you bring it up to their attention they get offended and tell you to make an appointment. Worst customer service and people.
