The service was good, we liked spending a night there but I do have some complaints
1. At night we bought some pizzas for a snack, there were 2 pieces left over, of which we left the box on the table. The next morning it was infested with ants, we had to throw it away, how can it be that a hotel has pests?
2. The pool was not that clean there were dead bugs and leaves all over the pool
3. For me, this is the one that gave me the most courage yesterday at 10 in the morning I left the hotel at night my son tells me Mommy I left my tablet and my water gun at the hotel and I complained to him saying why didn't he tell me nothing before, I called the hotel and they told me that there is no one from cleaning at that time, so I called in the morning, I did not call, I went straight, the guy at the reception, a very good guy, told me that no one from cleaning had arrived yet but let him help me a breakfast toy or a coffee while I wait for them, two women arrive who told me that they were the manager and the housekeeping supervisor and that they haven't seen anything that my son must be lying because he didn't leave anything behind. They asked me his age. my son and they laughed at me and said he is 6 years old, he must see it left lying around here at the reception and there is nothing. They called the lady who had cleaned the bedroom and said that she has not seen it either but everything in a suspicious way how They covered each other, and the women were very rude, even the guy at the reception shook his head, annoyed at the attitude of the women. My opinion is how they can have managers who said Stefany in their name tag and supervisors have women like that when they They should be the first to have to provide an immediate solution. I work in customer service in a restaurant and the managers are always trying to ensure that the customer leaves the place happy and satisfied, which is not happening now because these women practically washed their hands. And how did I tell them that their staff steals belongings belonging to others and for you it's okay that it makes the hotel look bad. I hope as a hotel you can help me resolve this moment of bad taste because a child is crying because he was left without a tablet and a toy.

I loved my stay at Best western plus at Hollywood/Aventura. I am amazed by the hospitality provided by the entire staff. They were very kind and went extra step to ensure we had wonderful experience. I quality of soaps was very good. lol. I liked it a lot. The beach was 5-10 mins Uber ride.

I stayed for 9 days. Really excellent service, Diego at reception always willing to answer any questions. Breakfast is more than abundant and varied. The hotel is clean and very quiet. The privileged location to go out and explore. I'll be back as soon as I can. From

Stayed here for a couple nights and it definitely served it's purpose. Wouldn't recommend for long term but short stay was ok.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Asked them about cancelation fees and they went ahead and checked me out, and while I was gone they took all of my stuff and put it in the front desk and I didn’t find out until I was back. Then I found a lot of stuff worth a lot of money missing. Would not recommend and will never stay here again.

Food & drinks: Good breakfast.

Staff was really nice and helpful, they had a decent breakfast included, location is convenient, close to everything , definitely recommended
Rooms: Rooms are decent but smells like humidity, they need to check the AC condensation, the carpet around it, it was wet
