Room smelled like mildew. Carpet was literally damp. There was a dehumidifier in the room, but it just made the room heat up and the crappy AC didn't work. I brought the issues to the check in desk's attention and they told me there were no other rooms available to move me to, but eventually came up and restarted the AC unit. He told me it's not good to sleep in a cool room anyway. It was 80 degrees. Not subjectively. According to the thermostat on the AC unit. Seriously the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'm surprised I didn't get sick from my 8 hours spent in this hell hole.

The hotel smells of mold is horrible. Not suitable for families with children. Be aware of the third party excessive fees charged on credit card hold is out of this world.

Staff super undertrained. Headphones in ears at the front desk…. Just nuts how they stay open. Very disappointed. Double charged me as well then wouldn’t help. Had a manager that had some training refund the double charge. Rooms with no toilet paper also…the list is

The bathroom sink is blocked, noise all night coming from the elevator I suppose the bed has springs that come out behind your back this hotel avoids ect…

Arrived on a Monday and put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door immediately....I noticed the dehumidifier was on when I walked through the door. When I arrived that evening after working all day I noticed that the dehumidifier was unplugged. so someone entered my room even though the "Do not disturb" sign was on the door For all I know they went through my personal belonging's The room was clean when I arrived

Worst hotel ever. My room stunk of bleach and gave me a pounding headache. I went to the desk and asked if I could get another room. I was shocked with the answer. Both people at the desk said “the other rooms won’t be any better and might even be worse and have mold”.I was booked in for 4 nights and left the next day,My business associate changed his room 3 times due to the ceiling collapsing and smell.Disgusting and disappointing

Just want to say , this is a nice place to stay. Very clean good location and the staff are very nice. I would recommend it. So the reason I gave it 3 stars and not 4 is the following (note this is not to put the place down or to complaint, it's only so the owner or manager can improve) . The first thing is the carpets need to be steamed badly. There is a musty order in the room. I thought it was just my room but the hallway smells a little musty also. Not as much as the bedroom tho. I think a good steam cleaning would be good. I asked the front desk if they had air freshener to spray the room. They sent someone and they spread a little carpet deodorant powder. That's the white stuff you may see in the pictures. It helped a little. Second thing is breakfast. It was ok. The pancake and French toast?♂️?♂️?♂️ I couldn't even bit it off. It was so rubbery. Didn't taste it at all. Now coffee. Although they have 2 little machines that give off coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino and a couple of other things, I think they should have Individual coffee makers. One for every different kind of coffee. It just taste better (fresh). They do not have waffles or a waffle machine. Sucks. Nothing like some fresh waffles for breakfast. I love home fries but these weren't really that good at all. Scrambled eggs (ok) Didn't taste the sausage patties so I don't know about that. Also, there is a automated door located next to the front desk(on the side)that was always having problems opening. Guest had to go around to the front door to get in and out (sometimes). Another thing is that the other exits for the guest are just that ,exits. You can't come back in with you room key card. Sucks. And last of all the key cards. One of my key card kept on deactivating. Don't know why. Don't know if it was the same card either but I had to go more than ones to the front desk to reactivate it. The cards was in the (card sleeve) that is given to you and the cards were never touching or placed next to any electronic devices (phone,laptop, etc)Other than that it was a nice visit. I didn't use the gym or the pool so I can't comment on that. I saw a family in the pool the first day having fun so I guess it was good. Again, I'm not putting down this place. I in fact, recommend it. Very nice place to say. Nice staff also. I hope the property owners would really take into consideration my observation and hopefully correct them . This is my 5 time staying here. When I first stayed here it was a definitely 4 to 5 hotel. I wish I get back that way. I included some pics just so you can see updated photos. Ow another thing, the remotes to the tv was having problems. It wouldn't change the channel up only down and you really had to press the button to work. Plus you had to be almost 2 feet away to point at the tv so it would work. Thank you for taking time to read this. Excuse the typos in these comments. Take care. Enjoy and have fun???

The hotel is good considering the price you pay per night, the first night they gave us a room where the shower key had been damaged, but they changed our room immediately. The service is excellent thanks to Dolores and Maribel who made my husband and I feel at home, I always saw them at breakfast waiting for us to have good service at breakfast or in cleaning. They deserve to be the hardworking stars of the month!

Eduardo treated us very well, a very respectful and attentive person gave us advice about the area that was very helpful! The cleaning staff was also very attentive and at the front desk they were very friendly and quick at check in and check out, the room was clean.

Poorly managed hotel. Booked a "whirlpool pool suite" for a higher rate and when we checked in there was no whirlpool tub in our room. Went back to front desk and they put us in two other rooms before WE realized they must not have a single whirlpool room in the entire hotel. Asked for a refund on the upcharge we paid and the desk clerk said he would notify his manager. Next day, no manager. Manager was always expected to be there the next day but never showed up. Also, our room keys kept getting de-activated somehow. It was very random. There was a day we had to get them re-activated twice. Free breakfast was ok. Hot food was not very good. The people who did the cleaning did a great job, were always seen cleaning the lobby, windows, sweeping out front, and the room maids were always in the halls making sure all the rooms were getting nice and clean. Some of the front desk clerks were not very fluent in English and really lacked experience and how to have good customer service. They were never rude, I think they just lacked experience on how to do their job.Rooms: It seemed like an older hotel with many updates. The lobby was redone, the outdoor heated pool was very nice and had a waterfall. The rooms had some newer features like a soaker tub, large mini fridge and microwave.

The experience was terrible.Upon my arrival, the amount charged was 129 dollars, the same as what was on booking.The night I arrived, the shower tap was broken, the screw was loose on the floor. They couldn't fix it and changed the room.The next day, at check out time, the attendant charged more than agreed, 199 dollars plus tax.When questioning the price and asking the attendant's name from the previous night, she began to scream. It was very rude and rude.If the hotel has a camera, I suggest you watch the scene she made.A person like that cannot deal with the public.Rooms: Bad smell, damp room, dirty carpet. Broken tap, loose screw on the floor. We had to change rooms at 11 pm
