The location was extremely busy, with at least 20 customers waiting in line, yet Leonardo handled everything with an incredibly gracious, calm, and professional attitude. Despite the pressure, he remained attentive and made sure every customer was treated with courtesy and respect.
What impressed me the most was witnessing a very upset customer come in cursing and behaving aggressively. Leonardo handled the situation exceptionally well. He remained calm, respectful, and completely composed. He managed to de-escalate the situation, calm the customer down, and still find a way to help him all while continuing to manage a very busy location.
I have encountered many managers and supervisors throughout the years, and I can genuinely say that I have rarely seen anyone handle a difficult situation with the level of professionalism, patience, and grace that Leonardo demonstrated.
He showed natural leadership under pressure, and that says a lot about the kind of employee he is. I sincerely hope Enterprise recognizes the kind of employee they have in Leonardo and considers him for a managerial or leadership position. Based on what I personally witnessed, he has already demonstrated the qualities of an excellent manager.

“Despite the reviews what people say on here. I have had a great experience with this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful with everything. The rooms was clean, quiet and bug free. You're walking distance to everything: walmart, winn dixie, restaurants, the beach ect... The only bad thing I can say is, that the air conditioning didn't really work, so it was a bit hot. Despite that I will definitely be booking again in the future..”
