“I sent a female friend of mine there. I knew exactly what was wrong with the car and around what it would cost to fix. They diagnosed it correctly, didn’t up charge or sell her anything extra. That’s exactly what you want from a mechanic. If I could give 10 stars I would.”

“I had an incredible experience at Jacob’s Garage. I came in with a leaking tire and couldn’t find the source. I called ahead and was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour—and they were right on time. They inspected and repaired the tire quickly, and had my car ready in about 15–30 minutes after that. Super friendly, efficient, and professional. I’ll definitely be back for future service needs!”

“Great service. Luis was the service provider. Great communication, especially about the challenge of getting the obscure module to repair the lights on the dashboard. Also great communication with Endurance, our repair insurance provider. Had tried 2 other repair shops to get that module replaced, to no avail. Was my first time at Armstrong, but it won't be our last!”

“I stopped by after getting an estimate from Firestone for a brake job. I had checked out the reviews and immediately decided to check it out. I felt very welcome and decided to let them do the work instead. I dropped my truck off before work and they stayed in touch with me throughout the day, sent the results of the inspection to me and gave me the information I needed. My truck feels complete again and I feel like I got the service everyone deserves. This is my new mechanic shop.”

“Ciprian was absolutely brilliant from the minute we walked onto the Lamborghini Miami / Prestige Imports dealership lot and began to look at all their awesome inventory. No pressure whatsoever, However, He quickly figured out what I was looking for and guided me to the perfect Black Ghost! The entire process was flawless, and an absolute pleasure. Cip and his team are true professionals in every sense. They made me feel welcome, valued and made sure my Rolls was perfect in every way possible. He has followed up with me after the sale and made every effort to make sure I am happy and extremely satisfied with my purchase. Can’t offer any higher recommend than I do to Ciprian Keresztesi and the fine folks at Prestige Imports and Lamborghini Miami! Well done! Thank you! - Aaron”

“I stopped by this shop recently for a quote, and even though I didn’t move forward with the repair yet, I left genuinely impressed. What stood out to me the most was their commitment to using strictly OEM parts. they’re clearly focused on doing the job right the first time. Howard took the time to walk me through what my vehicle needed and why, and the explanation was straightforward, honest, and professional. You can tell they take pride in their work. Even during the quote process, I felt like I was dealing with a shop that values quality, accuracy, and long-term reliability over quick fixes. Finding an automotive shop that prioritizes OEM parts and genuine workmanship is rare these days, and it shows they truly care about their customers and their reputation. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m ready to move forward with the repair, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier service and real expertise.”

I was getting ready to tow it all the way back home and come back another day—but instead, Laz went above and beyond. He personally moved several vehicles around just to make space and save us the extra hassle. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Super grateful for the help and the kindness.
