Today I went to the bank to get a card. I was the first in line, while most of the employees were free, no one would accept me! I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one called me.Terrible service!

Today I went to that location to open an account. The people at the front desk were very nice. I didn't have an appointment. Then Rood helped me with the account. He was patient and he answered all my questions. Thank you Rood. I appreciate you!
