“Switching banks I was a bit skeptical about going to Wells Fargo bank to be completely honest. I was afraid their service wouldn't be as great as the previous bank I had or possibly they wouldn't offer the same services on the app that my previous back did. I was very pleased with the way I was taken care of and how great the were with the opening of my account. They helped me with each step and answered every question I had. They were also upfront about any upcoming fees that my come my way and multiple ways on how to avoid them. This of course was my favorite part because who likes to be charged extra unless it's for guac at a restaurant?? No one! Hahaha In other occasions where I needed a little more assistance they were able to service my needs perfectly and their staff is very nice! Thanks for making my experience a great one!”
