The wait time for the drive through is terrible. I used to love coming here. The last year the customer service has declined drastically. I think maybe it is time to think of changing banks. I need convenience and fast service. This isn't it.

This location is horrible. Every time you come you have a 50/50 chance the ATMs won’t work properly. Oh, and it doesn’t matter if the branch is empty, they will force you to register and wait 15 to 20 min to get a new debit card. Avoid at all costs

Show up at bank at 5pm, I’m leaving at 6:10 with no help because of the time, how is it possible the assistant manager not here ? Manager left early saw her walk out with a lobby full of people. The manager started to helped me yet couldn’t because in her roll she doesn’t do that kind of work, then put me to the side to wait again for another person to help so that this person tellMe they can’t help me because of the time. They say they’re the most convenient bank yet they are very inconvenient. Will be closing my new business account with you guys. Incredible how bad your customer service can be. DO NOT BANK THERE! NOT TRUE ABOUT BEING CONVENIENT! INHAVE TO SHOW UP AT WHOKNOWS WHAT TIME TO BE TAKEN CARE OFF? REGIONAL MANAGER? SOUTH FLORIDA MANAGER READS THIS! YOUR SLOGAN NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN YOU ARE LIEING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

This bank is one of the worst. Go here only if you can’t afford a good bank and have time to waste.- Long wait times;- Outdated glitchy app;- Broken appointment system;- Staff that doesn’t want or doesn’t know how to do their job;- Conflicting statements from different employees;- And they close all your accounts if you’ve had one too many Zelle payments. Is that a legitimate reason to close all bank accounts after 7 years of being your customer?Good luck to all who bank here.

Unimaginable wait times, no sense of urgency even from management. Honestly dont understand how this branch is still operating. Needs new management as of yesterday most likely will be ending my relationship with this bank.

The worst bank and the worst service ever. I am with this bank for the last 2 years. I am with Bank of America for the last 5 years. I never had any problems with BoA and have constantly problems with TD . Save your time and bring your money and business away from TD and somewhere else .

This branch seems to come up with a reason to give poor service every single time I come here. A policy issue, or staffing issue, or bad moods, or whatever, but they make banking there as inconvenient as they can.

Horrible experience. There were many people in line 1 person working the rest talking to each other. When I asked I have a meeting I have to go she said you only been waiting less than an hour. They all have a bad attitude. I will never go back to this branch.

Worse bank I have ever dealt with. If you travel abroad they block your card, I had a fraud claim case they sided with the thief instead of protecting me as a client, personnel is not trained properly and the lines/waiting time is so long. Bank somewhere else.

I recently opened an business account with TD Bank through the help of Fernando Escobar. However, I was not informed that I cannot use Zelle and that I need to enroll additional services like ACH and wire services to my account. When I tried to do it online, I was denied and told I needed to physically visit a branch.To add insult to injury, when I called the bank's support service for help, I was informed that I needed to visit a branch in the city where I was at the time- Knoxville, TN, but there were no branches in that area. I am extremely outraged by the customer service I received and the way the bank employees handled the situation.When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the support service told me that I could close my account if I wasn't happy. In my opinion, TD Bank is the worst bank in America. I would not recommend opening an any account with them.

This is possibly the worst bank I have ever dealt with. EVER! Waited in line for 2/12 hours with fifteen people ahead of me and when it was my turn to speak to a banker they told me I would have to come back the next day to wait in line again for another two hours. This bank doesn't care at all. This is the most unbelievably disgraceful service I have ever endured!And don't believe them when they tell you that they are just shorthanded for that day. That's not true. This service has been going on for a year.

Stay away. Go somewhere else. Or switch to another bank. Always a line and ATM always broken or will not accept cash. Especially if you have a business. Highly recommend Chase or Bank of America in this area. ?
