This bank is very unprofessional never have anyone working here and never answer phones very poor customer service had the worst experience trying to open bank account rude and unprofessional.

Today I went to the bank to get a card. I was the first in line, while most of the employees were free, no one would accept me! I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one called me.Terrible service!

Today I went to that location to open an account. The people at the front desk were very nice. I didn't have an appointment. Then Rood helped me with the account. He was patient and he answered all my questions. Thank you Rood. I appreciate you!
