“I had a really positive experience with my salesman, Kevin. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. He was patient, persistent, and genuinely cared about making the deal work! That part of my experience was truly five-star worthy.
Where the experience fell short was in locating keys and identifying available cars. I’d recommend a few simple improvements that could make the dealership run even smoother. The current key system seems a bit unorganized. During my visit, my salesperson had trouble locating the correct keys because there wasn’t a clear structure on the board. There was also a car I liked that had no indication it was already sold.
Implementing a color-coded or numbered key system, or even a basic digital check-in/out tracker, would save time and make things more efficient for both staff and customers. And adding a simple “SOLD” sign on vehicles that are no longer available would prevent confusion and frustration. These are small operational tweaks that would make a big difference in the overall experience.
But as for Kevin , I had already gotten a car elsewhere, but because he was such a great vibe, I came back and made a deal with him. And I’m so glad I did! I’m happy with my purchase, he listened to what I needed, and he’s earned a customer for life.”
