My 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen was inoperable for three months due to a rack and pinion steering system that failed at 40k miles (don't get me started). Neither a German car repair shop nor a VW dealer could get an OEM replacement from VW or from their selected outlets, and the car sat and sat at the dealer. Then Peter at Pro Auto Brokers said: "Call BRANIF; they'll have it." And they did: after being without a car for three months, I had the repaired car back in one day with a system taken from another car. It has performed flawlessly these past three months.
