“Repaired my brand new car after someone backed into it. (less than 4k miles on it) made it look like new again. They did a great job. Stayed within the insurance quote. No out of pocket for me. Finished the job one day later than expected but it was not an inconvenience rental car was extended to accommodate. Friendly owners made me right at home and explained every step to me.”

“They do great work for cheap compared to everyone else. While yes you can go spend 5k for a paint job at maaco or you can spend 1000-3000$ on a paint job at minnix and get dang near the same job for less than half the money. They do take a little bit to finish stuff sometimes but it really is worth the wait honestly.”

“My car broke down, and AAA wasn't going to send anyone for 6 hrs. I knew I needed a battery and alternator. A very nice gentleman named tim asked me if I needed help while i was stuck at a gas station. He told me he was the manager at Auto Zone. He said he could put a new battery in. After that, we drove to AutoZone and Tim and justin checked my car out. I also needed an alternator. They suggested an automotive shop, the next day I had my car fixed. I feel so grateful that the they helped me.Definitely a 5 star rating ?Thank you for being kind, knowledgeable and asking if I need help.?”

Tammy answered the phone, and she was more helpful than we could have hoped.She gave us the number for a great and affordable mobile mechanic. She genuinely understood and wanted to help us out (you don't often see that kind of knowledge and empathy in customer service these days).We had called and visited about a half dozen other auto parts stores, and if they couldn't look it up on the computer, they had no interest in helping. Glad to know that there are still knowledgeable and helpful staff somewhere!”

“Was down there a few days ago, and the battery died in my truck. Partial to Interstate Brand, I called around and Carquest was the only one in K.H. which carried it. I was able to jump my truck, drive there, and the attendant did a thorough check to make sure it was my battery which was dying (and not the alternator), and indeed it was the battery. He sold me another Interstate battery for what I consider a very reasonable price and even installed it for free. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Honestly, I don't see how they could have served me any better. Next time I am in K.H. and I have any auto needs, THIS Carquest is my first call. Period.”

“I had an issue with my battery terminal no auto shop in my city could help me with, so I took a shot in the dark and called Walmart auto center, they said they could take care of it just bring it in, then when I got there they said it might be an issue they couldn't help with because the bolt was frozen and the wires needed spliced but Josh stepped right in and said he could take care of it no problem, and indeed he did!! So thankful to the other man who helped me to begin with and Josh who solved my problem. I honestly had no idea what to do and they made my day, hire more people like them.”
