“I had a run-in with a large plastic and wood box in my lane on Rt 75 (no option other than to hit and run over it). I left the highway and drove to Subaru of Gainesville, noting a rubbing sound and watching my gas gauge to be sure not punctured). Carla from Service department recognized me and greeted me with compassion and kindness. She got my car right in for an assessment. It was determined it would not be safe to drive so Carla assisted with the rental car process and transportation. She is top notch customer service, communicative and empathetic. Everyone there is excellent!!! I so appreciate being a customer at a fabulous dealership…thank you Carla!!!! Kirsten Fleckenstein”

“Thank you Raymond! Great service for our RV AC! We were beginning some travel up the East Coat to VT and were visiting a friend for his 75th birthday. On our way up to G’ville from Fort Pierce, we realized our AC needed a charge. I was referred to Raymond Auto by some local pros. We were back on the road within an hour even though Raymond was super busy with other cars. We appreciate the care and service from both he and his wife Annie. Go here if you need any automotive work when you are traveling through Gainesville. If you are a local, this is the place to go! 30 years in the business! Good value, expert knowledge and honest! Take care, we’ll be back…”

“I lost the brake lights in a 1963 Pontiac LeMans while driving through Florida and Georgia for a week long car event. On a Saturday afternoon I was told to go there as they may be open. A great experience, very knowledgeable and kind people. Not only did my car leave fixed, they helped with tips about cooling. My only regret is that I don't live near Gainesville so that I could have them work on and improve my cars.”

“Mike, the Manager is absolutely fantastic!! We had two dead batteries and our Ford F350 Dually was in limp mode on the interstate which is scary. We called ahead to make sure they had the batteries we needed and when I arrived (Julie), Mike was kind enough to take the time and put them on right away before the rain came. We are fulltime traveling RVers and that is our only vehicle, so it's an absolute must that it runs at all times. Thank you greatly Mike for helping to keep us on the road!!”

“My brand-new 2026 Tesla was involved in a front-left collision, and I decided to have it repaired at this Tesla Certified Body Shop because of their outstanding reviews. Before bringing my car in, I called and Beth connected me with Noah, who specializes in Tesla repairs. They were both incredibly kind, professional, and informative from the very beginning. I live in Valdosta, and one of my biggest concerns was that I would soon be moving to Arizona. I was worried my car wouldn’t be repaired in time, but they exceeded my expectations. They completed the repairs in less than four weeks, which was even faster than I anticipated. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed with regular updates, so I always knew exactly what was happening with my car. Their communication and customer service were exceptional. I 100% recommend this shop. They do outstanding work, and I truly take my hat off to the entire team. Thank you so much for making this experience so smooth and stress-free. They returned my Tesla looking exactly the way it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. I am beyond happy with the results and incredibly grateful for everything they did. Thank you so much!”

“In the first month of Tesla ownership, I had someone back into my parked car and I myself did paint damage to a side view. Gator Car fixed it all for pennies on the dollar and the car is like new again. Most big shops in town would not even consider working on a Tesla. This place is the BEST in town.”

“Quick, honest, and high quality service. I brought my car in the morning to get the brakes bled, and they had it done same day, for a better price than others in the area. I mentioned I’d be replacing the brake pads myself, and they didn’t try to upsell me or push extra brake services, which I really appreciated. The work was done as quoted, no surprises at all. Highly recommend.”
