“I had some water intrusion in my 1999 Ford F350 7.3 L around my windshield. Safelite found some rust. I was told by another body shop in town (Gainesville, FL) that they would not work on rust. :( I contacted Jeff at Maaco, and he was so helpful. They repaired the tiny hole and painted to get it right again. Safelite was then able to replace the windshield. The work was done within one week. Thank you, Maaco. You are the best!”

“Mike, the Manager is absolutely fantastic!! We had two dead batteries and our Ford F350 Dually was in limp mode on the interstate which is scary. We called ahead to make sure they had the batteries we needed and when I arrived (Julie), Mike was kind enough to take the time and put them on right away before the rain came. “I lost the brake lights in a 1963 Pontiac LeMans while driving through Florida and Georgia for a week long car event. On a Saturday afternoon I was told to go there as they may be open. A great experience, very knowledgeable and kind people. Not only did my car leave fixed, they helped with tips about cooling. My only regret is that I don't live near Gainesville so that I could have them work on and improve my cars.”

“My gmc denali died, geico came out to rural area & jumped it & advised we get it looked at ASAP & not to turn off.. Drove to Davis gmc service center gainsville. They handed us diagnostic showing both batteries at less than 5% life and $650 to replace both woth agm batteries.
Called autozone and izon sales manager, gave quote of $250 ish each. Drove straight over and the data showed 1 battery was 100% and the other was bad.
My batteries are rated for 720. Howver the gmc servicecenter rated both my batteries at 820. Which is why when data reader printout showed 3%. Bc it was not correct calibration to my batteries.
The manager at autozone was so friendly and e en installed.it for us! New battery 760!”

“I had a run-in with a large plastic and wood box in my lane on Rt 75 (no option other than to hit and run over it). I left the highway and drove to Subaru of Gainesville, noting a rubbing sound and watching my gas gauge to be sure not punctured). Carla from Service department recognized me and greeted me with compassion and kindness. She got my car right in for an assessment. It was determined it would not be safe to drive so Carla assisted with the rental car process and transportation. She is top notch customer service, communicative and empathetic.
