“Staff are so professional, kind and helpful. Mellisa, Elijah, Mary and all the staff I cannot appreciate enough. The Hawthorne store is the only store I go to for my farm supplies. Elijah is very helpful when I require information and education on different parts and equipment to run my farm. Tractor supply is a good company but I suggest you not get the Replacement/Return Warranties. I bought an electric fence charger with a 1 year warranty to keep my cattle in but it stopped working soon after. Attempting to return it was such a hassle. I gave up and just disposed of it. That is the first time I have bought something from Tractor Supply that did not work as planned. All their products are of good quality and as I have stated the staff are amazing.”
