“I got my baby boy (sun conure) from here and am SO HAPPY! He is beautiful and sweet. Savannah who runs the store is so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I did months of research before I got my bird from here. And even so, I visited Avian Addiction multiple times for many cumulative hours to still ensure a bird was right for me as a pet. Savannah spoke with me for lengthy time frames each time, with all the patience in the world. I bought all my supplies here too. Cage, toys, food, treats, etc. I have even boarded my baby with her too at this store.To the person (Rabi J) who just left a bad review. All the things you say about your experience are ACTUALLY GOOD THINGS. No, not everyone is capable or deserving of a pet. Having an animal in your home is a HUGE responsibility. And if the store owner doesn't get good vibes from you, then she is advocating for the best interest of the animals and absolutely does NOT have to sell you a pet. And wanting to touch or hold an animal? Birds are much different than cats or dogs. And guess what, you don't own those birds. She does. And once again, if she doesn't think you should touch one, then so be it. I don't know you, but I know the store employee. And she is AMAZING. So Rabi J, maybe, instead of criticizing her for being cautious for the sake of the birds, maybe you should reflect internally and ponder why you were treated with caution.With that being said, I would give the store more than 5 stars if I could.THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING SAVANNAH!”

“I wish I could give more stars, because the treats and cakes are fabulous, the treat boxes are creative and thoughtful, and the owner, Colleen, is absolutely lovely. Items are shipped quickly and packaged well and cakes can be customized. The are the BEST and we love them!! The only thing that would make it better was if they had a shop near us so we could visit. You want to get these ASAP!!”

“I just used the self service dog wash there for the first time and I love it! So convenient. It's easier then doing it at home and it's super cheap. I didn't catch her name but the lady who works there (wears glasses) was so sweet and helpful. Definitely will be back.”

“In May of 2023 I got my wife a dog stroller for her two babies. Took it down to Fort Lauderdale and one of the wheels had a problem staying on. Brought it back to Pet Supermarket and had them take a look at it and they found a slight defect and gladly replaced it with no problem. They stand behind there products.”

“I compared prices on Petco, Petsmart, Targe, Walmart and Chewy for 'Healthsience' dry and wet food for cats and 'Dr. Elsey's' cat litters. You and Chewy are the only ones that offered discounts on Healthsicence productss and you are the only one that gave discount on store-wide purchase. Although I could not use the store discount this time (b/c I did not order more than $50), I will shop all my needs for my cat at Petco in the future. And the curbside service was very nicely done, quick and easy. Thank you.”

“The owner is really nice and he knows a lot about reptiles. My blue tongue skink loved their quail eggs too. I inquired about a species that I have been looking for, for upwards of 8 months, and he found one within 24 hours and answered my species-specific husbandry questions. They sell a variety of feeder insects as well. Definitely go here! I also want to note that, because this place was so clean when I went (not even a hint of urine/ammonia), I’m wondering if the negative reviews regarding husbandry were perhaps written during a time where the owner was not there and a sub-par employee filled in (just an uninformed guess because it was really, really nice when I went in). Also keep in mind when reptiles poop, sometimes it can’t be cleaned right away- if mine poop when I’m at work it doesn’t get cleaned until I come home. Anyways, I’ll definitely be back. :)”
