Work was sloppy around the cuticle and shaping on natural nails was not good. Had to ask for base coat to be corrected bc she had literally done one stripe down the center of my pinky and missed the sides on other fingers. Top coat is so thin on some fingers i can feel the glitter through it, i felt like asking if they were rationing top coat. Weak massage and lukewark water for the pedicure. Not sure if tools are being sanitized either, nippers and file were pulled out of a pencil case, wiped with my used towel, and put right back. The lady was very nice, and i know certain people are better than others, but not worth it if you're risking having dirty tools used on you. There are plenty of private techs locally who care and do a Instagram worthy job every time, look on fb and give them your business.

This used to be my favorite place to go but the last 2-3 times I’ve been my nails have gotten worse and worse. This last time I went two of my acrylics fell off after a week. The workers were not the most pleasant. I continuously asked throughout the appt what the price would be if I did certain things to me nails and I was given a very specific price by the worker. When they checked me out, it was up-charged almost by $20 and when I asked about it they made me sound crazy. And the nails were gone so poorly that my friends thought my nails had already grown out a few weeks and I was even asked if they were press on… I will not be coming back here.

$43 dollars for this sloppy work. this was taken at 7:08pm just a few minutes after leaving. tech didn’t know how to do a basic french. work is sloppy around cuticles and i was cut. when i asked for a refund they refused and told me that they didn’t cut me meanwhile i have the pictures timestamped. i explained i do not want a redo because this is the 3rd time ive been cut and last time i got an infection on my foot. staff always acts as though you are an inconvenience and is rude.

I got my nails done and everytime I go they give me the new man they have working there. I asked him to match a color for gets milky white and he did and he did acrilics because my nails are short. He did not clean my nails, cuticles or nothing. I know my nails are wide because I have chunky hands but my nails look so thik and so fake. I told him I want very natural. Very dissapointed. Wont go back there again. Also my pedicure was not done right! This guy did not even clean my nails. This place is going down.

Terrible pedicure! Did not clean the side walls of my nails. Literally massaged my legs for a combined 43 seconds. I timed it. AND my cat could have massaged harder. Paid extra for hot stones, massaged for a little over a minute each leg. My whole visit was 26 minutes....will not return!

Always great service. One tech made a mistake and they corrected it immediately. They are customer focused and provide quality work. Im going there 4yrs. I wont go to any other place. Always a pleasure.

I’m so glad I found Citrus Hill! The gel manicure and pedicure were perfect and brought me so much happiness. The staff is friendly and professional, and the relaxing atmosphere made me feel completely at ease. I felt really taken care of. Highly recommend!

I will never come back to this place again. This is my first time coming here and it was not worth the money. I spent almost an hour and a half there my nail polish on my toes are really thick that it’s cracking all bubbled up my nail polish and my fingernails are coming off.

I went to Citrus Hills Nails to get a French pedicure. I have never been treated so bad by a nail tech in my life! I've been getting pedicures for over 20 yrs I have no corns, calluses or marks on my feet or toes, but the tech picked up my foot with 2 fingers like I had the worst germs or disease ever imaginable. She hit my foot twice with the buffer and then proceeded to clean my nail bed off then she dried my foot off and was getting ready to polish my toe nail. I asked her what was she doing? She gave no response, so I told her to stop. I was so upset I got up went to the cashier and told him what happened and he said well that's a pedicure and what you asked for. I said she didn't do anything and he said that's the price of a pedicure. I just went on ahead and paid the $27.00 for nothing cus I was so upset. I was so pissted off I just left. Then my husband said why did you pay and you didn't get your feet done. So I took a few minutes to cool off I then turned around went back and spoke to the owner and she gave me what I had asked for which was a French pedicure. I didn't appreciate getting treated so nasty by a nail tech! I'll never go back there again they try to make fast money for doing! $27 dollars for doing nothing!
