Probably not the best idea to leave the older gentleman with a back brace on by himself on a Friday night. Terrible customer service. Mumbling insults and cuss words under his breathe, seemed to very stressed out and didn’t know what he was doing. I was in line for over 30 mins.

Absolutely the WORST place I have had to deal with. I have been trying so hard to get my fingerprints done for over a month now and something is always wrong with their machine and one time I traveled all that way (an hour and half) when they told me their machine was working and they turned me away. Very unprofessional people who do not care about other people's time. This store is a waist of time and space.

I received adequate in- person service at this location. When I try to reach anyone at the store with an issue though, I keep getting run around. I have called three times and spoken to people assuring I would be contacted back with no follow up. I paid over $300 for pack and ship on three items on Monday 2-5-2024. One item arrived on 2-8-24 not packed despite my paying for the service and supplies, and was completely destroyed. The other two items show labels were made but they have not shipped? I have missed two calls and will adjust/update as needed.I was able to speak to a manager! They assured me my other two packages would ship shortly, they had been very busy with packing for the last two weeks. As far as a claim for the services paid and not provided, I am to visit a website to apply for compensation. Final edit: My last two packages arrived on the 19th VERY securely packed and protected. I am overjoyed that these two made it. So much so I would forgo the claims process for the smashed Romertopf!

I’d like some information on this special deal at UPS that if you have a mailbox at this location, you’re called in front of other waiting customers who were in the building before you. I was waiting patiently with my toddler when a man named Ralph walked in, did something in the mailbox area and then stood next to me in line. When the lady behind the counter (didn’t get her name, but you cannot miss her, if you get what I’m saying) finished with a female customer who was there when I walked in, I walked up to the counter. The lady, rather than acknowledging my presence, decided Ralph was to be her next customer, and called him over. I said “you know I was here before him, right?” And she just said a couple of insignificant words with an attitude as if I did something wrong. After doing whatever special assignment for this VIP customer, she proceeded to tell me that “he has a mailbox here” and something about how “it’s not the same”. My transaction took less than a full minute. I do not care if Ralph had 20 mailboxes there. I was there first. You’re a terrible employee, and gave a pitiful excuse as to why he was allowed to have special treatment. I was there around 5:25pm 2/12/24 She’s rude, and hideous. I’ll be going to another location from here on out.

Accepts AAA discount but not military. In fact the older gentleman working today, not the store manager, got very upset and aggravated when my wife asked if we could use our military discount. We have AAA. We didn’t use any discounts we just left.

Worst location I've ever seen. Nobody working there is good enough to give any form of attitude. The manager there should go find work at Ollies because that seems to be more his speed. But I give the location props for offering work to dinosaurs.
