I had a problem with my membership. Sandrita at the counter was very nice. She put me through the night manager Ivan. He also was very nice and helpful. I see good changes here and that’s good for the company.

I tried to get my membership and I was making my line as it should be. When it was my turn to pass, they passed two people who arrived behind me because they were their friends. I decided to leave and not take her out because of their bad and unprofessional treatment. I decided to go back to Costco.

It is an excellent market, now they have changed cold refrigerators and grouped fresh and cold vegetables, the location is much better like this,I think they should improve the orientation a little to find things, some of us cannot go through the entire store looking for something, perhaps some information posts,The application works well, the coupons, the discounts, they just need to update the store's stock with the application.The food testing system is very effective, we are happy to be members of the club and buy our gasoline there too.They should clean the weeds that surround the market, as it reaches a high altitude, it is a field full of garbage and weeds, it makes the place ugly and unpleasant

On several occasions I have tried to buy a product and it is not available on the floor, however it appears available online. This means that for some reason of internal disorganization, the warehouse managers do not "take out" the product, forcing us to make the purchase online, which takes at least 2 hours to be picked up. Manager, you must be attentive to this so that it does not become recurring!

Warehouses with assorted merchandise and competitive prices. However, some irregularities clouded the quality of the service. For example, on December 23, I bought a chicken and had to throw it away because it was poorly cooked. Today I again had an unpleasant experience when purchasing a turbo tax 2023 program, the promotion says it costs $75.99 and the ATM gave me that price" however you cannot purchase the product and you have to look for it at costumer service and the price of It was $95.99. No matter how much I explained it to the staff, they did not want to understand, not even with the photo" that appears at the entrance of the store, where they are promoting the product. Rather, they wanted to sell me the 2022 program, then they told me that they did not have the promoted product in stock, that it had been a mistake to keep the promotional cardboard without having it in the store. I kept insisting and finally they found a box with the blessed program with the promotional price of $75.99. In that process I delayed 1 hour and I thanked them for their attention but I did not receive an apology from them. I believe that this staff should be trained to serve the client, not to justify bad work and much less to adopt such a defensive position, wanting to overcharge the client and violating the law called Consumer Deception.

I have been a bjs customer for more than five years, today I went to the butcher shop, I asked a man kindly if he could grind some meat for me to make mincemeat. The man answered that he couldn't grind minced meat because the machine was clean. So I wonder… Is the mince maker used and washed only once a day? The man tells me that I can take previously prepared minced meat, that is, I cannot take the product that I want. It seems disrespectful to me that as a customer you ask for a product and they can't do it for you simply because they don't use a machine or because they don't want to work.

This location scalps the water packs and a lot of items, They hide their cheap brands to upsell everyone on everything, the $6.99 and up water packs, commies like a 3rd world country, typical hialeah ??? I regret renewing my membership, save your money and shop somewhere else, I don't want no useless apology I JUST WANT ITEMS IN STOCK! Stop ripping off the consumers!!!

I am member since 8 years ago and not recommended that store, all Prices increase a lot and the capital credit card is the worst reward program that I have I'm very disappointed with that store I think trying with Costco or Sam

Clean and organized; prices usually well marked, and well staffed checkout lines, including self and "10 items" lines. Folks quick to help when the self checkout goes awry.
