“Received an email that my card had been locked due to fraudulent attempts or activity, so it took me 15 minutes to reach the DCFCU. Once I signed in and explained the situation the young lady at the customer service desk Latonya was very pleasant and helpful with explaining everything and was able to create me a new card and confirm the false transactions that almost took place in less than 20 minutes I was done and gone.”

The next day, I had problems in down-loading the documents to sign, and after a few phone calls, we found the problem that I didn't click on all needed boxes to auto sign.
