“I wanted to replace the internal doors in my home so I researched several local lumber companies. I ended up choosing Nachon because the prices were good and the reviews checked out. I chose well since the service was excellent both when ordering the doors and after having to return with one that was slightly too wide since I was trying to get away with not having to get it cut. Gina in particular went above and beyond the call of duty. I am in the process of doing many renovations to my home and if others had the customer service I received here then it would be a much more pleasant process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.”

I needed help finding and cutting some plywood. He stopped what he was doing, showed me what I needed, realized I had no idea what I was doing, and went above and beyond to cut down the plywood for me. It would have been very easy for him to send me to the Calle Ocho location where they formally provide this service, or make me wait until he was done with what he was in the middle of (both of those would have been well within his rights!), but instead he went above and beyond to help me and it made a difference in my whole day.
