“This is not the local HD I go to but I needed some work done in my property and the Contractor I am using goes to this location. Esther helped both of us out for like 2-days straight making sure we had everything we needed for the home remodeling project I am doing, especially because it is in another City. Esther went above and beyond to help us out and to make sure that my supplies were all order and ready to be delivered. Esther went out of her way to try and find a tile that shows ‘out of stock’, and she was able to locate it and order it for me. I am grateful that I had the this level of assistance since a project of this size and the amount of funds this takes, can be stressful and intimidating. 10/10, for Esther!”

Home Depot is my go-to place for tools, materials, and home projects. They usually have everything I need, and the prices are fair. Only downside is that sometimes it’s hard to find someone to help when you need it. Overall, still a solid place to shop.”

“Amazing customer service ! I came here to buy some liquid beacuse my AC had a problem . Workers in the section were there and ask me if I needed help . Furthermore , they came to us and started asking us questions ! Now because of this amazing customer service I will have someone coming tomorrow to inspect my AC and clean it for $50 only !! The person in home depot that help me was name “ Guy” and another one also but I didnt get the other person name . Thank you so much for such an amazing customer service ! “I would not normally rate this Home Depot or any other one “five stars,” but Richard is a national treasure and my experience with him yesterday earns this location five stars forever. I needed help finding and cutting some plywood. He stopped what he was doing, showed me what I needed, realized I had no idea what I was doing, and went above and beyond to cut down the plywood for me. It would have been very easy for him to send me to the Calle Ocho location where they formally provide this service, or make me wait until he was done with what he was in the middle of (both of those would have been well within his rights!), but instead he went above and beyond to help me and it made a difference in my whole day. The world needs more people like Richard.”
