“I'm a personal shopper for Xpedited Parcel Service LLC. and often times I get clients from abroad who will have me to deliver to their freight forwarders of choice. And this past week, a client sent me here to Million Express. It was far out of my general area of operation, they are located in Doral. So approximately 40-45 mins away from my general area, but I went. Gps took me right to the area, so it was a little bit of a hunt to find the actual warehouse, the building is a shared space it appears and so Million Express sign was way to small to be easily recognized from passing by, but I found it. Met with a guy named Eric who had the best personality I've ever seen in this line of work. He was personable! I told him I wanted to ship groceries and immediately he ran and got boxes, taped them up and off loaded my vehicle, and packed the boxes for me, all while holding a freindly conversation. The level of service he gave was very refreshing, usually I deal with the regular, " I can't be bothered today" or " I don't want to be here" kind of people in this field. But Eric made the long drive I took well worth it. He labeled the boxes right in front of me and weighed them. Needless to say his attitude is in the right direction when it comes to customer service. I'm awaiting the news of my client's perspective on how things go with the company when she retrieves her goods ... Million Express keep up the great work.”

I had a terrible experience purchasing a mattress online from Mattress Firm because there is NO live customer service to help with delivery issues. After several frustrating days, a chatbot finally gave me the number to the local warehouse and the delivery issue was instantly resolved. Not only did Austin help speed up the delivery date, he worked to ensure a delivery window that would work with my college daughter's busy schedule. Only purchase from an actual Mattress Firm store vs. online. They will match the online price over the phone and provide polite customer service with real people to oversee the delivery. I arrived a day before my appointment and the place was really empty and quiet their space #140 is at the end of the row of warehouses. Got lucky i got there when l did because in the morning there were around 5 more trucks waiting to check in there isn't much room to back into your dock got fortunate that the manager let me stay in my dock 3 hours before my appointment”
