The reps do not know what they are doing. Totally screwed up my account. They matched the Walmart price that was good but just billed me when they wanted and 2 weeks before it was to ship. Just don't like customer service not knowing what they are doing to help.

these guys are legit! i am very happy with all the purchases i have made. their customer service is second to none. i always buy online and had no idea they have a store right here in miami lakes. keep up the good work guys.

ALLIVET pulled through by filling and shipping the prescriptions in record time, even when my own vet dropped the ball over and over again. Please know how grateful I am to work with a professional group of customer service people.
