“We’ve been ordering from Allivet for quite a few years now. We had to put our dog down just a few days ago and had just received an order of his medicine from Allivet and didn’t use any of it before he passed. I contacted Allivet to see if we would be able to return it for a refund since it was not a cheap medication. A customer service representative got back to me within a days time and responded to me on a weekend. She explained that they were not able to take the medicine back but she had already gone ahead and processed a full refund for the medicine. I cannot express how kind and helpful the customer service representative was. It made a very sad and difficult situation just a little bit easier with such a simple and easy fix. I will absolutely use Allivet in the future for medication for my pets and cannot express how wonderful their customer service representative was in helping me.”

Maria gave me excellent service — she walked me through everything, taught me a few things I didn’t know, and never pushed unnecessary products on me.
