“We’ve been ordering from Allivet for quite a few years now. We had to put our dog down just a few days ago and had just received an order of his medicine from Allivet and didn’t use any of it before he passed. I contacted Allivet to see if we would be able to return it for a refund since it was not a cheap medication. A customer service representative got back to me within a days time and responded to me on a weekend. She explained that they were not able to take the medicine back but she had already gone ahead and processed a full refund for the medicine. I cannot express how kind and helpful the customer service representative was. It made a very sad and difficult situation just a little bit easier with such a simple and easy fix. I will absolutely use Allivet in the future for medication for my pets and cannot express how wonderful their customer service representative was in helping me.”
“We had an exceptional experience with Elisse while purchasing our Italian Greyhound puppy Zion. She was knowledgeable, patient, and cared about helping us out. She helped us find the perfect puppy!”
“I had a great experience at forever love puppies. Got an adorable toy poodle! Shoutout to Marvin for all this help! He was very patient and always answered all my questions throughout the process. He updated me when my desired puppy was available and was a pleasure to work with! Thank you so much. I will recommend this puppy store to friends!!”
“D’Luxe Dog Pet Concierge & Boutique did an amazing job with my cocker Miles Davis. He came out looking perfect and smelling great! The groomers were lovely and really listened to how I wanted him trimmed. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend. ?✨”
“We had an amazing experience getting our new mini goldendoodle. Tsadok was extremely helpful and patient while dealing with a full store all by himself! Would definitely come back here if we decide to get another pup! Wonderful place and staff.”
“Ordered large java fern that comes in a mat and was surprised on actually how big the plant was. Healthy fern and no dead leaves. Gabe was great on communication via email. Will deal with in the future.”
“I had an amazing experience; a couple of days ago, I went in looking for a kennel for my newly adopted puppy, and the staff went above and beyond. They gave me fantastic advice, helped me pick out the best supplies for the first few days, and really made me feel confident as a new pet parent. I highly recommend them; such friendly and knowledgeable service!”

“Happiest place for dogs, cats and humans alike! If you want your pets to eat well, grow healthy and live longer go to Rigo’s Meal! Not only do they make their food weekly but they also guide you through the process step by step! It’s a local, family business that has been selling food for over 10 years and has the pets’ well being and overall health as their main priority. The quality of the food has always been top notch and they’re always thinking of more ways to help their clients have the peace of mind that their pets will thrive on the proper diet. Support a local business and go visit them❤”

“Fernanda is the best! My 5-year-old cockapoo, Loki, loves her and always comes home looking (and smelling!) fantastic. She’s gentle, patient, and clearly loves what she does – Loki never wants to leave! I couldn’t ask for a better groomer. Fernanda pays great attention to detail and always makes him feel comfortable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their pets. We always book in advance because we never want to miss an appointment!”

“They were very helpful, clean and organized. Prices were a bit high, however, they are capitalizing on the fact that they are the only available feed store in proximity.”

“My old groomer retired and was in need of a new one. Was nervous on trying a new place but I am so happy I chose The Pet Club. This place is amazing! Charleston really answered all of my questions and helped me feel good about leaving my dogs here. Their hair cuts came out great!! Smelled so nice!! We will definitely be back!”
“After 3 years of trying countless brands, flavors, and different types of food for my dog Habibi, I was honestly exhausted. I even started cooking homemade meals because finding something he would consistently eat felt impossible.
Then I got recommended this food by his vet, and everything changed.
Habibi absolutely loves it / he is completely obsessed! For the first time in years, he gets excited at mealtime and finishes his food without hesitation. As a dog parent, there is nothing more comforting than seeing your pet eat properly and enjoy their meals.”
“If you have a dog or a cat not sure what other animals they accept but they work wonders for my Teddy. He came in with tension in his back and they gave him acupuncture and shockwave therapy along with some supplements and he is definitely feeling better. Need to be consistent with it also.”

“Love this shop! Discovered it about 1 year ago and it has been my go to for our saltwater aquarium. The customer service and knowledge is fantastic! This past Christmas, my husband, who isn’t really into animals, surprised me with an Axolotl from here. She and the fish are doing really well ❤️”

“Tropical fish are always in good shape and there is a decent selection overall. There used to be more tropical but the marine area has taken more space. Plants are also plentiful and algae free. However, the best part of Beverly's are the employees which are actually around, available and very helpful.”

“Had a great first experience at Mary’s LB picking up cat food. Maria gave me excellent service — she walked me through everything, taught me a few things I didn’t know, and never pushed unnecessary products on me. She genuinely made sure I left with what my cat actually needed, not just what was most expensive. You can tell she actually cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. This was my first visit and I’ll definitely be back.”
“I met them yesterday afternoon!! Cami, the girl who was there at the time I went, very kind and friendly, was in charge of making us a diet and explaining to us step by step how to follow! I recommend them :)”

“I can’t say enough great things about Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming in Miami Lakes. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The entire staff delivers truly first-class customer service—they’re always friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely care about both their customers and their pets.
A special thank you to Sara, who is hands down the best groomer we’ve ever had. She is incredibly talented, patient, and pays attention to every detail. Our dog always comes home looking amazing, happy, and relaxed, which speaks volumes about the care and love Sara puts into her work.
It’s rare to find a business where every team member consistently goes above and beyond, but Woof Gang Miami Lakes does exactly that. If you’re looking for a place that treats your pet as if they were their own, this is it. Highly recommend!”
