“My family and I are so happy to have found this apartment. It’s spacious and renovated. Not only that but our property managers have been great. Any questions or repairs we have get answered right away. They are super friendly and helpful. They also take good care of the property itself. The pool and parks are always clean. Just wish they could be open a little later at least during the summer. And the parking is always tidy with overnight security so it feels really safe.”

“I lived here in the Les Monttellier Apts. For almost 25 years, Margini has been the best manager we ever had. When you call she listen and takes care of the problem. Thank you Margini for everything.”

“My journey to find an apartment for my son to live in , in the Miami area was very painful. The light at the end of the tunnel was the staff at Fairway View. Christian Barcelo and Barb went over and beyond to get him into an apartment in Hialeah. Courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The best staff i have dealt with , and on this journey there were approximately 12. The apartment is bright ,spacious and clean. The amenities are second to none. Thank you so much. I couldn't have done it without them.”
