“I visited Hobby Lobby today and witnessed a difficult situation at checkout. A customer was upset and being very confrontational, but the manager handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Instead of escalating the situation, he calmly opened another register to help the customer faster and kept the environment respectful for everyone else in line.
I shop at this location often, and the staff — especially the manager — are always helpful and friendly. I just wanted to leave a positive review because good customer service deserves recognition too.”
