BJ's Optical in Hialeah offers comprehensive vision care, including eye exams from independent doctors and savings on eyeglass packages and contact lenses. Customers can bring their own prescriptions and choose from a wide range of popular frames.
The optical department at BJ's has been praised for its exceptional customer service, particularly from an employee named Sebastian, who is known for his professionalism, knowledge, and patience. Customers have reported positive experiences with Sebastian's assistance in selecting frames and lenses.
However, some customers have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of the lenses, stating that the coating has peeled off prematurely despite the high cost. They have also reported feeling dismissed when seeking assistance for this issue.
For me, Customer Service is number one. At this BJ’s location in Miami Lakes the doctor is definitely deserving of this title.

The people at the front desk are very friendly. Everything is very clean and sanitized. The doctor was very professional and I was fascinated by the effective way in which she performed my eye exam with a lot of dedication and professionalism.
