“It is a store where I have been a customer for more than 15 years, I love the quality of their clothing, the attention of their associates is excellent. But like last month I bought a mattress and they told me to call in 14 days to schedule the delivery of the mattress. And so I did and I have called four times including today. And they told me that they are going to put another note about my wait and that I should wait 5 to 6 more days for them to call me to schedule the delivery. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy a mattress at JCPenney. Because it is unfair that it takes them a month to deliver a mattress to you. There are other stores or furniture stores that do not take as long to deliver. I have purchased from Dorado Furniture, City Furniture, and Roomstogo and I have never had a problem with the delivery of my furniture and mattresses. I wanted to test the quality of the mattresses at the JCPenney store, which, as I explained, I have been a customer for many years and they have quality clothing and excellent customer service provided by their associates. But it's unfair to leave a customer waiting a month for a mattress they purchased.”

Any ways the management is quick to respond, the employees are knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location. Plus there is so much to do in the plaza.”
“It's honestly your basic Family Dollar. They are all generally messy or always looking like someone is stocking the shelves. I went in for some quick items and I was able to locate them all but you can tell staff must be overworked and underpaid because they are just there doing the job with no real care to be there. I don't fault the staff. That's behavior from higher up that needs to be resolved.”

“Driving back home from Hialeah, I drove past this Walmart and decided to get a few things, including some allergy relief OTC medicine for my husband who started to complain about nasal drainage and sore throat.The parking lot was big but very busy...this is a very busy store...lots of people...75% of them are speaking Spanish, which is fine, since I speak Spanish too, but it is like you are shopping in a Spanish speaking country...LOL..I walked past dozens of people to reach the pharmacy section, got my OTC item and paid in the self checkout...Crazy busy place !!!!”

“My only issue with this place is how desorganized look, they call this place" El cucarachero" but is because the enormous amount of people that goes there, there is always a big line, they have a brand new Ross in the same st and 27th av, just five minutes away but people still goes to this store, employees are very good, but the place look like a Madness. “I just came in to exchange my shoes for a smaller size and a red hair lady that worked there was rushing me and told me she didn’t have my size which was 4 then another young guy wearing glasses asked me if I needed help and he explained to me the sizing and how it worked and told me he was gonna find me the size 4 for my air vapor max. So he went to the back and found the size I was looking for and he made the exchange. He gave me really good costumer service and helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficient and I’m grateful because if it was for the lady I would’ve gone home with the bigger size that was actually huge on me haha”
