“My wife and I have been to several shoe stores looking for a pair of shoes for her and we had been unsuccessful. Finally, we went to Macy’s in Westfield (known to us as Westland) and met with Sara in the shoe department.
Sara rocked it from the very beginning! She helped my wife find shoe options and was very quick to bring extra sizes of the same shoe. My wife told me she had never been so impressed with a shoe salesperson before. She was so happy that she actually bought two pair of the same shoe in different colors.

“I just came in to exchange my shoes for a smaller size and a red hair lady that worked there was rushing me and told me she didn’t have my size which was 4 then another young guy wearing glasses asked me if I needed help and he explained to me the sizing and how it worked and told me he was gonna find me the size 4 for my air vapor max. So he went to the back and found the size I was looking for and he made the exchange. He gave me really good costumer service and helped me find what I was looking for quickly and efficient and I’m grateful because if it was for the lady I would’ve gone home with the bigger size that was actually huge on me haha”

“Great experience. Just left, and I was very impressed. For one, I ordered the tires from the site and ( once the tires arrived the store ), I was able to make the appointment online for installing the new tires.
To my suprise, the store also called me and advised that the tires were in and offered me an even sooner appointment. Luckily, I was the first appointment and there was another walking right after me. Both of us walked out w our services done roughly 40 minutes later. Mind you, they advised it was a quiet day, but the staff was all amazing. I had a very good experience and if you value your time, book online and go from there! ( Update - Went a 2nd time and got more tires. It's been weeks and they still dead a great job on both visits. )”
“The line at the register is the worst part but just like the line at the gas station it goes by super quick. There is no real self service- employees ring you up, so it's a stress free experience. Returns are super easy if you need to use it and everyone is super friendly. $1.50 Hotdog and a drink in 2025 alone is worth the membership fee.”

“Amanda is amazing! Due to the holidays, we expected it to be busy. We were the last ones to shoot & from start to finish, Amanda made the experience an amazing one. We have a 5 month old and this did not stop her. She shined & our baby loved her & our pictures came out beautiful, thanks to her. Her patience and attitude needs to be studied! She has an incredible charm that is contagious & was able to maintain that after a long end of the day during a work holiday. She is a treasure!
