“I have always been a shy and reserved person. Scared of change and nervous about disappointing others and importantly I always felt bigger than what I really am. I had tried gyms and every gym had always made me feel bad about my weight. One day a friend of mine told me she wanted to try BBF. I really wanted changed and I wouldn’t be alone so I agreed.KB was everything I could ever ask for in a trainer. When I needed a push, she would give me a shove. When I felt scared, she would tell me to breathe. I suffer from anxiety and stress but I never admitted because it’s hard to admit that. KB could sense it in my moods and how I trained. She helped me through my anxiety, helped me find techniques to feel less stress. There was a point where my friend left and it was too much for me. Instead of letting me quit, she told me to stay that I’ve made too much progress and I wasn’t done with my journey. I’m so thankful she didn’t let me quit because I’ve made so much progress and overcame so many milestones. My anxiety was under control, my stress levels were balanced. My confidence improved.When I felt nervous about being around other girls, she told me everyone is on their own journey, everyone feels different but the community she created is a no judgement zone. She created a community of strong, supporting women, women who are constantly cheering the other on no matter what. When one of us feels weak you got 3 or 4 others ready to pull that girl right back up. We stand strong and we stand together, we build each other up and I feel that’s so important with a group.I highly recommend BBF and I’m proud to be part of the group and to continue growing and thriving.”

“The only concern is about the flat bed for hidromassage. I love it specially when finish my workout but, since 2 or 3 weeks ago both of them aren't working good, looks like the water pressure is failing in the middle of the bed. We have told to the staff more than twice and they are still failing”

“Love the convenience of their after school program because the latest pick up time is 7 pm which is later than other after school programs. Downside is that its a bit pricey at $65 per week. They don't always help kids with homework and parents can't go inside. The door is always locked and parents must wait at the door for the child to be brought out. Snacks are not great.... chips, juice box, yogurt.”

“10/10 experience at this planet fitness, everything was super clean and i didn’t have to worry about taking long at a machine.bathrooms were also exceptionally clean almost like home. what really added to the atmosphere was this shiny red camaro outside, it caught my attention very fast. now i would only want to workout in a good planet fitness so i 100% love the fact that one of the employees has a shiny red sports car. it adds to the coolness of the judgement free zone. i am a car fanatic and seeing that car really made my day”

“I’ve been coming to Youfit gym in Hialeah since last year and I am very happy. Ernesto has been so helpful with answering all of my questions. He is very attentive to everyone there. I see him every day that I go always happy and making sure everyone is having a great workout. The gym is so organized and clean. All the machines are maintained properly and fixed right away if any have issues. The entire staff is so attentive and friendly from the front Fabio to Alejandro the trainer as well. Ernesto does an amazing job managing this location.”
