I shop at this Michael's location all the time but after today I'll shop at another location or stick to Amazon and Hobby Lobby because today was a mess. The 2 cashiers were just talking to another employee who seem to be off today because she was in regular clothes but when I needed help she assisted so don't know if she was off or on but anyways I scan my item that says 50% but it didn't scan the price I went and took a picture of it to show them its 50% off and no honor no nothing. The plain clothes employee kept saying or it was in the wrong spot. Hmmmmm nope it was in the right spot with all the other lights and 40% or 50% off signs. Then I asked how to use my rewards I had 3 different ones and she said oh you can only use it online and that's a lie because at the other Michael's the cashier helped me scan 2. They just didn't want to do their job plus their pizza was just deliver and were just talking. I just left canceled my order. Going to order online because I have $20 rewards but after today (11/5/24) I'm going somewhere else. Also, last week at the same location I went inside to get an order pick up and asked to use the rest room the cashier said oh its locked and not working. Lies because I went to the Christmas section also and saw another customer come out. Just horrible there.

This place is huge! Endless art & crafts and decorations supplies. Nice clearance section and sales throughout. Great place to come for kids' crafts and activities. The store manager is friendly and very helpful.

Very bad experience they told me that the store was closed but if I wanted to buy I had to come in, well I decided to go in because I wanted to do my shopping, when I was looking at the products a girl came and told me who was the one who let me in because I could no longer buy, very bad experience and lack of education of the staff that works here I do not recommend it. Thank you for your bad attention.

The service was poor, none of the employees know anything about where the materials they are asking are!!! There is no bathroom service, they make fun of people when they ask about the bathroom, it is unheard of that such a large store has all the bathrooms damaged
