Joined today grateful for this gem 💎 in the middle of Hialeah.Old school soul Recommend it for anyone who is serious about getting a work out in. Everyone greets everyone and is about there work out.

I started almost 1 month ago and the truth is I feel very comfortable doing exercises here, the quality of everything is very good, I definitely recommend it

This gym is not much to look at but if you are looking to do hardcore workouts has all the machines necessary it's old school so has a lot of equipment that newer gyms don't have. Great owners very attentive to their members. It's a very friendly family orientated gym.
