this has to be the worst of the worst experience. I came as a walk in at 10:20 in the morning, still here at 1:16 pm, for them to tell me that their not doing drug screens at this time. NO TYPE of communication whatsoever with the staff. The lady that i asked for help was rolling her eyes at me, i was not rude to her at all, as irritated as i was i kept my calm. It took for one of the other ladies to help me and tell me that she’ll be able to help me, even though she was laughing in my face as i told her how long u was waiting. If you are not going to take walk ins MAKE IT VERY CLEAR. I understand it can get busy, but for me to wait 3 hours just for my piss in a cup. thats so absurd. Please make this place an appointment only place!!!! PLEASE BE SPECIFC, PUT SIGNS UP. Please work on ur patient care. There was also an elderly lady that told me she missed her appointment by a couple minutes and they didnt help her at all, she stayed until 1 pm as well, and no one called her. and diana needs her attitude checked

Worst service in my entire life, called to make appointment never picked up our office are closed this is all you get got here at 6 am at 940 pm, asked staff when will they take care of walk ins they say I don't know waiting for more than 4 hours don't come to the one in Hialeah

My experience was very bad, I carried urine for 24 hours and only because the system told me to arrive 10 minutes late, they told me that they were late and they didn't pick it up for me, I started to urinate at 8 and I couldn't go until it was over at that time.

I've been here since 6:30am and I've got no appointment and came walk in, I expected to be attended after a few appointments however was very disappointed to see i was still here by 9:30 and had recieved not even the slightest attention from the workers and instead was met with very rude and sidestepped customer service. I am very disappointed as other walk in patients and even those with appointments reaching up to 10am were being attended to. If they aren't going to attend walk in patients, they should out up a banner saying they wont.

The service was provided on time, the only issue was that the nurse could not withdraw my blood the first try on my left arm, so she had to do it on the other arm. Anyway she was very nice and courteus.

If I could give this place a zero stars, I would!
Let me start off with the professionalism of this place, there is none. They scream across the hall to each other as a form as communication in front of patients and their comments are out of hand. For the phlebotomist that attend us, it seems like she was having a bad Saturday morning or she was just was upset that she had to work on a Saturday. When she called us in she was sipping on her coffee and didn’t even acknowledge a good morning. We proceed to go into the back, where she complained again and again on how the doctor office gave six orders in stead of putting everything together in one piece of paper. She looked frustrated in wanting to do the work. Once she was ready do the phlebotomy part, my daughter started to get anxious due to her not liking needles (she had a bad experience when little) instead of helping her through the anxiety and trying to calm her down she started to make comments as she is to old to be acting like this, and making comments that where out of hand. I explained to her that she has a fear of needles and she just needs a little bit of time. She was in a rush and proceed to wanting to rush her and making her feel even worse with her comments due to the fact that she was crying. I understand that we all have a bad day, but it’s unfair that she needs to take it out on others. If you don’t love what you do, then you’re in the wrong profession. Compassion comes a long way. Definitely won’t be making any future appointments in this unprofessional place. Quest needs to do better in hiring professional and caring people.

The worst place I have ever been, messy, poorly educated and disrespectful, they do whatever they want there, they do not respect the queue for appoitments or walks, I never went to that place, although I realized that the same people rotate labs, I advise going to labcorp, forget about quest diagnostics.

Worst exp I went for a drug test as a walk-in due to a lack of appointment availability, and I have 48 hours to complete it. After waiting for over an hour, a staff member opened the door at 1:20 PM and informed the lobby that the drug test would close at 1:30. When I tried to explain that I was there for a drug test, she turned around and walked away. Ten minutes later, I asked for a supervisor. When she came out, she had a bad attitude and informed me that the testing closed at 1:00 PM. I told her that another staff member had said it would close at 1:30 PM. There was no sign in the lobby informing patients of the drug test hours. Other patients wanted to ask questions, but she turned around and started yelling at her staff, demanding to know who had given me the wrong information and stating that that person would need to attend to me. Another 15 minutes passed, and no one came out. I asked the supervisor again, and she said she couldn't do anything for me. I mentioned that I would make a complaint, and she responded that she didn't care. She then closed the door, and I could hear her and her staff talking about me. I have been to many Quest locations without issue, but this experience was very bad. This site seems to have a trend of treating patients poorly, which is reflected in its negative Google reviews. I will never visit Quest Diagnostic again!

Workers need to learn to treat customers with professionalism, and NOT as if they were in a market selling potatoes, in addition to learning more about HIPAA so they know how to protect customer information.
