Despite all the bad reviews I gave a try to this branch. I had the good fortune to be attended by Mr Montero. Excellent service, solved my issues, friendly, fast service, and always with a smile. Congratulations for this great employee.

For me it has been the worst bank I have ever visited, there are 8 booths to serve the public and only one teller. On another occasion there was no change for !.00 and 5.00 bills since we were traveling and wanted to carry small denomination bills. It is incredible that a bank in this country does not have cash for exchange, it is said and not believed.

As a person, the bankers at the tables are very good people but the bank as such is useless, it does not provide solutions to its clients and is not interested in anything other than its own interests above the problem that the client may have, even through his own fault.

WORST Truist branch, I have been calling for days and they just keep ignoring the call and not answering. Went into the branch and while waiting to be called I tried calling and saw the actual banker just ignoring and declining the call, this guy should not be working as a banker at all. Total disrespect to customers!

The staff is very rude. When I went to open a Representative account on 7/3, they were short staffed. Besides waiting over an hour and being told I was missing documents, they failed to tell me all the documents I needed. Truist Hialeah needs to step up their game when training employees.

They close at 5 but if you arrive at 4.20 and your process is not fast they will not serve you, I would look for a better service

In this bank they have given me the opportunity to have a savings account and a credit account with just my passport and my social card. Today I am turning one year old and my personal experience is very positive with respect to the treatment and service I received. They have given all this time, greetings and many blessings 🙏

Go elsewhere. Let these employees do what they like doing best: nothing. They do not want your business. They will waste your time. Shout out to Esmilse Graham, possibly the least worthy bank employee I've ever had the displeasure to meet, basically just showing up to collect a paycheck; and Maria Castillo who didn't keep the appointment and then told me to just go to a different bank. 😂
If the other branches are like this one I would expect Truist to be closing soon.

You never know the real balance of the account. They look for a way to steal the money. They charge fees in a way that benefits them. This bank must be reported.

I don't understand why there are so many one star reviews. I came to the branch today, being from out of town and was treated very well (no one was rude), I was actually skeptical about this branch because of the reviews but I still went in and was seen almost right away. The wait was maybe 10-15 minutes (if that). Jorge Montero was very pleasant and helpful. People just need to be more understand and not be so demanding. Have patients when you go to the bank!!!
