Branch manager Juan Ojeda accidentally left a voice mail gossiping about my husband and family members. I called him and the branch directly and no one wants to answer. Currently filing a complaint with internal affairs for defamation.

Very poor service only 2 tellers n working a very slow rate looks like they are having a life long conversation. Lobby has only 1 attendant n room is filled of people complaining due to people skipping lines attendant just passing them through!!!

I’m here at Truist location 1:36 pm , 7/13/2023.The staff is very unprofessional lack of knowledge. Unable to review the account.The staff no just mistreated me unprofessional, she asked to another staff to provide me with the same wrong answer and provide wrong information in regards of the account.Currently waiting for manager or another staff.Warning. You can’t set appointments on Saturdays because they have no staff to work.

This bank only knows how to steal peoples money. They stay with the money thats not theirs. The service through the phone is terrible. I have been 3 months waiting for them to give me my money back from my gap insurance since i removed my car completely and autonation has confirmed that they sent truist the check so they can give it to me and truist stayed with it and does not want to give the check. This is very disrespectful, not even a supervisor could speak on the phone when you ask for assistance. The worst bank i have ever tried. Have much careful with this bank i do not recommend it at all. They will stay with your money. I will have to look for a lawyer since i believe taking this to court will be different. This bank STEALS

Steer clear from this awful bank if you can call it that. They will close your account for no reason. I didn't have fraud, no nsfs, account was not dormant etc.

Do not bank with Truist, customers are being robbed with overdraft fees and claim to be a glitch and then will not refund or adjust the account. The customer service is terrible even with headquarters.Check your accounts in detail and if you see any charges that are not yours make sure you document everything.

Unsure what’s the issue with esmilse graham today treated me very rudely when I expressed my intentions of closing my safe deposit box with a bank manager to see if he approves it being closed out!!! No manager on site n in top of it all she advice manager would be back next day but she’ll be off so basically I had to wait to have her n her manager!! N wanted me to pay $25!!! Called customer service department and confirmed I could’ve closed acct without paying and any representative could also close it!!!! Unbelievable gave my service for more than a decade there!!! What a shame!!!

I opened my Suntrust account in Atlanta, GA. I never had any issues with Suntrust until I moved to Miami. Each time that I’ve tried to seek services at this branch, I feel that the tellers have been passive aggressive and unfriendly towards me. I feel so uncomfortable every time I have to enter the branch because I know they’ll laugh and joke and take their time to help other customers, but not me. No matter how calm and friendly I am, they always say “Oh, I don’t know” or “we don’t do it like that and this branch” — this woman didn’t even make eye contact with me... she seemed so annoyed. I eventually left and decided to go to a different location to close out my account. The branches are far and few between, it’s not worth having anxiety going into a bank for people to be dismissive of me. It’s really disheartening because I’ve loved Suntrust for almost a decade, but I can’t keep being treated like this at my local branch.
