I went today I didn’t know how to fill some paperwork, the clerk was so nice to me and helped me a lot. That’s the first time a USPS employee treat me that well. Hope all employees could be more like him.

They should close this place if anyways everything needs to be done online! I paid for overnights delivery, the package hasn’t arrived after two days and they are refusing to process my refund! And on top of that, disrespecting clients

Lady at the counter has a miserable attitude. If you don't want to work there then quit! Her attitude is atrocious.
