The manager Kayla Johnson provided me with phenomenal service and was able to retain my business. I've been with Verizon a very long time and was disatisfied and about to leaving and switch carriers. But she went above and beyonc to keep my business.

Upon entering the store, I was met with a lack of acknowledgment and was scrutinized as if I had entered the establishment solely for the purpose of expressing my dissatisfaction. I informed the representative that I had recently transferred to Verizon and had purchased the 14 Pro Max. However, I have found the phone to be unsatisfactory and wish to exchange it for a different model. The representative abruptly terminated our conversation and instructed me to contact customer service. Regrettably, they failed to access my account and provide me with the necessary information based on our interaction. Consequently, I have decided to transfer my account back to AT&T.

I am absolutely shocked by the disrespect and rudeness with which Verizon agent Cesar Cuervo treats people who come into the store seeking to resolve a specific issue with their wireless company, only to find a completely uneducated and disrespectful man. I truly cannot understand how Verizon allows this to happen in one of its stores because, by the way, if you continue reading other reviews, you will find many opinions similar to mine about this person. In addition to this comment, I am going to file a formal complaint with Verizon's customer service department and I will follow up on my complaint. I will not allow anyone to disrespect me or try to humiliate me, especially considering I am paying for a very expensive service, and Verizon does not take the time to read these reviews or take action against people like Cesar Cuervo so that we, the customers, have the minimum level of respect and satisfaction when we go to a Verizon store. This agent was so rude that I had to ask someone else to provide the service. He also doesn't have the slightest idea about what he's doing. He's a terrible agent, has zero training, is extremely rude, and displays a high level of disrespect toward customers.

Disgusting service they came to my door here promoting Internet like a sucker. I said yes they sent it in a box. I never opened it. I sent it back and they’re sending me a bill. I will stick with AT&T and I will be coming into the store with with the bill and my receipt to show them that I sent it back with UPS they’re gonna be out there damn Verizon I would never switch

I recently had a disappointing experience with a Verizon salesperson that left much to be desired. The service was inattentive, and professionalism was lacking. Not only did they show little interest in helping me, but they also seemed uninformed about the products and services they offered. This lack of attention and commitment made my visit frustrating and disappointing. I hope the company takes steps to improve their staff training, as customer service is essential for maintaining customer loyalty.His Name is Marco

I’ve been disappointed with Verizon’s service and support over the past several months. My husband was a satisfied Verizon customer for two years, but since I was added to our account in January 2024, my phone has had persistent signal issues, frequently switching to SOS or satellite mode. Despite numerous calls and following all troubleshooting advice, the problem remained unresolved.
When my husband upgraded to an iPhone 15 and we added another line, all three phones began experiencing the same issues. Verizon’s latest recommendation was to purchase Verizon WiFi to fix the problem. Given that we’re already paying over $300 a month for what should be their top-tier service, being asked to pay even more for additional WiFi feels like a slap in the face.
We visited a Verizon store for help, and the only advice we received was to use a credit card to pay off our phones and switch to a different provider. This experience has left us feeling undervalued and frustrated.
I strongly advise against using Verizon. Save your time and money and choose a provider that truly values its customers and addresses issues effectively.
