“I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Daniel’s Jewelry! I purchased an 18K gold Cuban chain for my husband, and from start to finish, the customer service was exceptional.
The chain arrived beautifully packaged and extremely secure, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of the company. After my husband tried it on, we realized it was a little too short. Unfortunately, he had already removed the tags, and I was worried we were out of options. Daniel’s Jewelry went above and beyond by allowing me to send it back so they could add additional links to the existing chain.
Their communication was truly outstanding. I sent several emails throughout the process, and every single one was answered within about an hour. Anytime I called with additional questions, someone answered the phone and was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
