“My son and I had such a wonderful stay at Grady House. Sara is the ultimate host and is an amazing chef and baker! We started each day with a delicious homemade breakfast. The location is perfect to explore the many natural springs in the area. The house and rooms are lovely and very comfortable. We stayed in the Green room which has a view of the beautiful gardens in the backyard.”

“We just moved up to High Springs from Safety Harbor near Clearwater. Our British Staffordshire Terrier had gone to her daycare and kennel since she was a puppy. We were concerned finding her the right place so she could socialize and play with other dogs. Today was her first day at Bed and Biscuit to get adjusted and she absolutely loved it!! Owners are so king and love your babies like their own!”

“Nice motel. Obviously an old place that has been fixed up nicely. Rooms are updated and comfortable. King bed is comfy and decent bedding. Bathroom is a bit small but adequate. Uses a window-style AC unit (in the wall) to cool room - when we checked in the AC was off so the room was 100 degrees. Cooled down after an hour or so.
No pool.
Has a picnic area / corn-hole recreation area in center of grounds. (Probably used to be a pool there!)
Location is convenient to downtown (recommend the Great Outdoors - try the Banana Pudding Martini!) as well as the surrounding springs (Ginnie, Ichetucknee, Poe, Kirby etc).
Room rate was a bit steep for a motel as I paid about $150-160 per night + taxes.

Overall, kind of kitschy - love the old park in front of your room motel thing. Quiet, comfortable - not a bad choice if visiting the High Springs area.”
