“Little did I know that Hyundai does not prime their cars before painting them. The factory paint suddenly began peeling in large sections on the hood, roof, and trunk. I took it to Finish Line Auto. I chose them based on price and location. The finish was perfect. Due to budget, I only painted areas where the paint came off. Finish Line Auto created a seamless match to the other areas of the car. It's been almost 9 months - I waited to see how it lasted, and it has lasted beautifully. “I bought a brand new car and the first day I drove it, someone backed into it in a parking lot. I was so upset! I called Val’s and brought the car in the next day. They immediately put my mind at ease that they could fix the damage and make it look brand new again for a FRACTION of what the dealer was going to charge—and they weren’t wrong. The car literally looks spotless and no one would ever know I had been hit.
A few months later I damaged the back of my car in a parking garage. I called them again and again they took care of me for a really great price! Their work is superb!

“Buying my 2016 Sonata 2.4 was a great experience and my salesman, Michael Forrester, was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had, even if it meant researching the answer if he didn't know it. I am very happy with the car's performance and have had no problems with it (I'm writing this review a year and 5 months after purchase). The reason I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star, rating is because of their service department. It can be "hit or miss" and I have had some problems with what should have been standard scheduled maintenance. My first service trip in for an oil change was a 3 hour and 45 minute wait!!! Yes, I DID call for an appointment the week before instead of "showing-up" unannounced. On another visit, I have Nitrogen in my tires and asked for my tires to be filled to specification as I noticed that the tire pressure was dropping. The NEXT DAY, a warning âš ï¸ light came on because of "low tire pressure!" I had to go to a "special" local tire shop that has NITROGEN! They, of course, CHARGED ($15.00) me to put Nitrogen in my tires. Grrrrrrr. I had JUST PAID Wallace the DAY BEFORE to do that!!! I have "learned" in my trips to service since, to speak in depth with the Service Writer both BEFORE and AFTER the service. Make SURE that everything on your list is, indeed, done! âï¸On a "UP" note, the Service Manager did try to work out something "extra" on my next services after the not-so-positive trips I experienced.âï¸ Thanks for reading my "rant!" Otherwise, Wallace is a great place. ðŸ‘🻔

“I was amazed at the quality of every aspect of my repair with Custom Auto Center. First, the office was open on Saturday, so I was able to get an immediate estimate. The estimate was detailed and fair and the actual price came in lower than the estimate because it was a worst-case estimate and care was taken in removing parts so they were not damaged and could be reused.
Everyone with whom I dealt was courteous and knowledgeable.
They created an aggressive timeline and finished the job with a half day to spare.
No one like dealing with the aftermath of an accident, but the people at Custom Auto Care took all of the concerns out of the repair for me.”

“My insurance company referred me to Crash Champions after an accident to get my car repaired. They had it for about 6 days, and everything looked great. After having the car for about 3 days, I noticed something seemed off, so I reached out and spoke with Bob, who told me to bring it in for them to check.
I live about 40 minutes away and was worried I’d get there right when they closed, but Bob assured me that they would wait for me. I actually arrived a little earlier than expected and was greeted by Nick and Jennifer. Nick came out right away, checked everything, and resolved the issue immediately.
I really appreciate that the team was willing to stay after hours and made sure my concerns were taken care of. Excellent customer service and professionalism from start to finish! Highly recommend.”
