The next day a manager (Alexandra) left me a voicemail and I went in and explained what was going on and they reimbursed the 3 things I had forgot (Bogo granola bars and cocktail sauce), y'all are great!”

“Whoever the gentleman was working the self checkout area tonight 3/3/26 at 6pm has absolutely phenomenal customer service. I witnessed him spot a mess on the self checkout tray and get to it before the customer set his stuff down in it. My receipt tore when I grabbed it out of the machine and he immediately offered to reprint it. He noticed issues before customers could even mention anything, really observant. I tried to call the store to mention his thoughtfulness but the call immediately drops.”

“While traveling from Miami, FL to Savannah, GA, this made for a great lunch stop. We got a shrimp, and a chicken tenders dinner, with vegetable sides. They were both very satisfying. Also picked up some apple pastries for dessert! ?
We took our food over to a nearby park to eat. It was quite peaceful and beautiful weather.”

“Standard Publix store layout which is great to find what your looking for fast. The store was clean.
The prices are almost 50% higher than at my local Publix. But if you look for coupon items or bogo items it helps offset these costs.
Parking at this location is ok, busy but you can find a spot. But getting out of the parking lot can be difficult at times. Don't just pull out in front of traffic because this is Florida and we don't stop for you. Several accidents here in just the few days we were in the area”

“Wanted to give a shout out to the delicious ice cream cake we ordered for my daughter's birthday. I looked all over for an ice cream cake only to find the same old boxed ones. While in the new Publix on Cove Road my husband asked did they have ice cream cakes and they said yes, we make them to order. I never knew they did that! Finally a true birthday cake with the ice cream of your choice. The cake was delicious and looked fabulous. White and chocolate cake layers with cookies and cream ice cream. Decorated perfect and a yummy butter cream icing, 24.99. Highly recommend.”

I asked to replace out of stock special with a similar priced item, and the manager was happy to oblige. What a relief to not have to drive back to the store to take advantage of the great weekly specials.
