My cousin passed away last year and for his birthday we send his mom and our mom flowers last year and a charcuterie board this year. Donna was totally accommodating and patience for the order placing, the delivery convenience and even writing a note in Spanish for them. I cannot be more grateful and proud of Publix and people like Donna who not only excel professionally but as a human being.

“I was in this store today 8/15/2026 around 10:30am. I had to get some items from the deli. My toddler was in the cart and started babbling and got one of the clerks attention. She went over to the bakery and got my daughter a cookie. She was very friendly and helped us with our order. It looked like the deli was borrowing front service clerks and she was pointing them all in the right direction and helping them too. Her name is Deb. It was great to see someone doing ALL of that and still be smiling and super friendly. It was a very pleasant trip to the store today.”
“Love Publix especially Mel Bch location is the BEST! new move to area clean well stocked friendly but what I found disappointing was found lots of the items seemed mangled bent boxes broken eggs
smashed bread. I hope the handlers take better care of the products.”

“Went there on a SAturday evening. The store was well stocked. Had all the sale items even the BOGO meat. One of the young guys offered to help me put the waters in my cart. The cashier Michelle was super nice and was knowledgeable in the coupons/specials. The bagger offered to help me take the groceries to my car and put everything in my trunk. Excellent customer service!!!”

I had such a great experience! I came in for a last-minute purchase only 40 minutes before the store closed, and from Miram, the cashier, to the bakery staff and the manager, everyone was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful.
Even though it was so close to closing time, they never made me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. They helped turn what could have been a chaotic and stressful last-minute purchase into a very easy and pleasant experience.
I’m truly grateful for the wonderful customer service and all the help I received. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond, especially so close to closing time! ❤”

“This is the closest Aldi to me and Its helped me out with cheaper nicer groceries ever since it came to be. However, it gets farrrr too busy in there for them to have taken away the self check out! They seem understaffed and while they are fast and take care of the store relatively well the self check out even if just two helps IMMENSELY. I guess theft encouraged them to take it away but I think having two right infront of the cashiers would be extremely helpful. I want to make sure my local Aldi stays well.”

“Wanted to give a shout out to the delicious ice cream cake we ordered for my daughter's birthday. I looked all over for an ice cream cake only to find the same old boxed ones. While in the new Publix on Cove Road my husband asked did they have ice cream cakes and they said yes, we make them to order. I never knew they did that! Finally a true birthday cake with the ice cream of your choice. The cake was delicious and looked fabulous. White and chocolate cake layers with cookies and cream ice cream. Decorated perfect and a yummy butter cream icing, 24.99. Highly recommend.”

“Located at east port plaza in Port Saint Lucie, this is a very busy public buuuuuuuut from time to time they put out not the best selection for fresh fruits and vegetables so that’s the main issue I have with them but aside from that, they would have 5 stars”

“Smaller but a very well stocked store. Very clean and well appointed. Delightful staff and management who are ready to help.
I asked to replace out of stock special with a similar priced item, and the manager was happy to oblige. What a relief to not have to drive back to the store to take advantage of the great weekly specials.

The next day a manager (Alexandra) left me a voicemail and I went in and explained what was going on and they reimbursed the 3 things I had forgot (Bogo granola bars and cocktail sauce), y'all are great!”

“Not all Publix are created equally. A business can be corporate or a franchise and share the same name as a nearby business but it doesn’t make them equal. The management and staff can make that location stand out. This location’s staff has always stood out to me. They say hello and smile and offer assistance warmly. The bakery team has been so kind and accommodating and they are very talented. The store is clean and easy to shop too.”
