“I needed to rent a 20' and 26' one-way rental trucks on separate occasions. The staff was helpful and attentive, returning phone calls promptly. I needed extra blankets on the second trip, and they were out of them. The manager called around to their other locations, found them, and then went and picked them up for me so they would be there when I picked up the truck. Great customer service all around.”

“Always helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to avoid it on Saturday. There's too many customers in the store, and if you need an employee to answer detailed questions, they're being pulled in all directions. I can't fault the store for the high traffic! They always seem to have everything in stock. Just moved to the area, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews were from a long time ago?”

“We reserved a 26 ft truck for a move from Hobe Sound to Michigan, and the service was great - the mother and son that were working the day we picked up the truck were friendly and helpful. When we got to our destination in Michigan, the man running the U-Haul place where we dropped it off expressed surprise that we were given such an old truck for such a long trip - he said we should've been given one of the new trucks with a nice suspension, etc. We had to agree that the journey was made VERY uncomfortable due to the "hard" ride that old truck gave us - very uncomfortable for a trip that took 3 days. Had we known that there was a better option, we would've asked for it, but the man at the drop off end said that we shouldn't have had to ask, it should've been assumed that a newer truck would be more appropriate for a long trip (he said he only gives the older trucks to people needing a truck for a local move). So just wanted to let everyone know this so that you can ask for the right truck for your move! (that's the only reason I gave a 4-star instead of a 5-star review).”
