I went in today to active a new phone my son got me. I was greeted by Zac, and he helped through the whole process. I have dyslexia but despite that and being with him for 2 hours. We managed to get everything done.

Some how I got a ad popping up saying I need to get my phone cleaned and that I have 79 viruses on my phone. Non stop ads. I went to the cricket store in holiday and the lady store manager was so helpful and kind. She fixed my phone on the spot. No more pop up ads. I want to thank her with a 5 star review.
