“As a customer who witnessed this interaction firsthand, I feel the previous review does not accurately reflect what occurred. I was present during this interaction as I was checking my mailbox and at no time was the manager or staff at fault. The customer became upset only after being informed of the $2.00 service fee for what appeared to be an oversized package. At that point, he began using inappropriate language and making threats toward the staff. The manager and staff remained calm, respectful, and professional throughout the entire exchange. Before leaving, the customer stated that he would be posting a negative review, and the manager simply provided his name when requested. Based on what I witnessed, the staff handled a difficult situation with patience and professionalism. I believe it's important for others to know that this review does not reflect the full story.”

I shipped a package to AT&T… Their label so their issue really, but I needed to prove that it actually was received at the store and then was retrieved by the driver for the next step. Store manager Parth was wonderful and very patient in between many many customers helping me while providing great customer service to everyone else.
