Open on time! A line already forming outside the door. Employees opened the doors at 9:32 on a Saturday morning and just began turning on equipment when we walked in the door so had to wait even longer. They should be fully ready for a 9:30am open ready to help serve customers.

A representative, a young lady with long black hair who is of Indian descent( I don’t know her name) at the UPS store on Little Rd in Trinity, FL is very helpful, quick to answer any questions and resolve situations and always has a smile on her face. She’s wonderful.
