“We recently sold our house and had to move into a rental while waiting for our new home to be ready. Initially, we thought we could handle the move ourselves, but it turned out to be quite a task, leaving us sore for days. Lesson learned!When it came time to move into our new home, I reached out to B&T Moving Company. I explained that we not only needed to move out of the rental but also had a POD to unload. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem. They were incredibly helpful in determining the right truck size for our belongings and the number of people needed for the job.On moving day, they arrived early, ready to get to work with great enthusiasm and a super-friendly attitude. We coincidentally arrived at the same time, and they worked astonishingly fast in unloading everything, ensuring that each box found its way to the right room. They also efficiently unloaded our POD without a hitch. We received more than we had anticipated, and to our delight, they finished even faster than expected.While we don't plan on moving again anytime soon, we'll definitely hire them if the need arises. “I've been there for 3yrs and the employees are super friendly. There storage units vary in size, climate controlled. Everything is great. If I had to put a con, it would be that there is no kind of light in the units. But hey I have my own source of light. All in all its a great place.”

“My rental was a nightmare when I returned it. I found out I wasn’t in the right truck (it had cigarette burn in seat and dog feces in the back) and the car dolly was not dispatched properly because it was on a maintenance order to be fixed. Sarah was excellent! She took control and did all she could do to help my daughter and I get it properly returned and a little refund for the truck issues. She made things as comfortable and easy as possible for us. I am very thankful for her. Just amazing!”

“I'm always having tire troubles and my husband and I pulled in the parking lot and asked if they wouldn't mind to air up my tire. But he actually fixed my tire and aired up the rest because he and his wife didn't want to leave us stranded. I tried to leave a review on the U-Haul website but it wouldn't let me without a reservation. Compassion like this doesn't show up often these days and I'm super happy to leave them the review they deserve because they were so kind to us.”
