We ended up having Nomad keep our belongings overnight for delivery the following day. Charles and Challen were on the pick up crew and were both extremely efficient. Challen and Miguel returned the following day to deliver and were so awesome. They were both very friendly and just a pleasure to have help us move into our new home. “My rental was a nightmare when I returned it. I found out I wasn’t in the right truck (it had cigarette burn in seat and dog feces in the back) and the car dolly was not dispatched properly because it was on a maintenance order to be fixed. Sarah was excellent! She took control and did all she could do to help my daughter and I get it properly returned and a little refund for the truck issues. She made things as comfortable and easy as possible for us. I am very thankful for her. Just amazing!”
