Very helpful young man in there the night I visited for a new work phone from a different carrier. We worked through porting the number over to Metro and voila! New phone!

I had such an awesome experience at metro today with Travis! He is VERY knowledgeable about all phones and VERY patient and more than willing to show you how to use the phone if you don’t know how to use it. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service…metro needs more employees like him!🥰

Came in there yesterday for a phone case and a screen protector. Anthony was quick and helpful. He was able to help me put the case and screen protector on my phone, while going through a slower process for another customer. I would have gladly waited my turn. He was able to help us all very expeditiously. Thanks Anthony
