“A 5-star rating is far too low, Prestige Carpet deserves a 10 plus rating. We walked in the door and were greeted by Aim and her big smile cheerfully saying “Hi, how can I help”. After being flooded from Hurricane Ian we needed flooring – anything but carpet. Aime walked us through the choices and those choices were vast. She showed us a LVP that was just perfect. Finley came out the next day to measure. Even with boxes stacked from floor to ceiling that were left by the water mitigation company in several rooms he was able to get a perfect spot-on measurement. Finally, after several delays due to contractor timing and health issues our flooring was installed last week, and it is BEAUTIFUL. The installation was done to perfection by Mike and his crew. Everything within this family-owned business was professional, seamless and to perfection. Thank you, Aime and Finley. Prestige Carpet is the BEST!!”

“I only placed a review of 5 stars because I couldn't place 6 stars! This flooring company is absolutely amazing. To be honest, it wasn't even the guys at the store (JJ and Jeremy were both very professional and helpful), it was the whole company that also went above and beyond expectation! We had to remove tile that was on the first floor and the demo team did awesome job removing the old flooring and preparing the way for the installation. The installers were seasoned experts at filling settling cracks, fitting the planks, matching the quarter-round, and the final result could not be better! I highly recommend Discount quality flooring for quality floors and installation!”
